A member of the United States Personal Chef Association, USPCA, since 2007, Vicky Duecker has shared her love of food and love of cooking to her clients, family and guests. Vicky has been exposed to cooking since she was a child involved in 4-H and high school Home Economics. She is an avid reader of cookbooks and cooking magazines and is frequently trying new things out on her husband, Larry Duecker. Vicky likes to cook and eat healthy foods and tries her best to make the un-healthy recipes better and healthier. “Eating healthy is the key to feeling good and having more energy!” Her favorite foods are Mexican and Italian foods. She has her food handler’s certification through the ServSafe program.
Vicky Duecker lives in Fredericksburg, Texas with her husband, Larry Duecker. She has a daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons, plus a step-son with family and step-daughter with family. They all have benefited from her cooking at holidays, family gatherings and when children were born. Vicky’s other family includes Precious (Doxi-fox terrier cross girl), Tooter (Siamese mix boy), J.R. (20 pound Tabby mix boy), Teeny (calico girl) and Pistol (black & white little girl cat). Vicky loves to read, crochet, and when time permits, go with her husband to Lake Mathis for recuperation, IE fish, read cookbooks to create new recipes and catch some natural Vitamin D.
